MMS Supports Maintenance Teams Working Remotely Daily
- Applies to both MMS Individual Maintenance Services workers or MMS Full-Service Contract Maintenance
- MMS Maintenance Technicians (who may encounter limited travel) are compensated with mileage, per diem and road warrior bonuses.
- MMS controls the amount of time a Maintenance Technician spends on the road, diligently ensuring they are not on-the-road for more than two weeks at a time.
- Maintenance Technicians are rotated to limit back-to-back travel.
