Your Path to Joining MMS

At MMS, we make the interview process clear, quick, and easy:

• Phone Interview: We’ll start with a quick chat to learn about your background and career goals, and give you details on the role.
• In-Person or Video Interview: Next, you’ll meet the hiring manager and team. We’ll make sure you have time to ask about the role, the team, and career opportunities at MMS.

We’re committed to creating a two-way conversation, where you’re just as much a part of the process as we are.

Scheduling & Feedback

• Flexible Scheduling: We’ll give you plenty of notice for interviews—usually two days for phone/video interviews, and three to five days for in-person interviews.
• Fast Feedback: You’ll hear from us within 2-3 business days after your interview, and we’ll notify the successful candidate within 7 days.

After the Interview: Your Offer with MMS

Once the interview process is complete, our Recruiting team moves quickly to finalize your offer. In most cases, you’ll receive an offer within seven days. For more complex roles, it may take a little longer.

We believe in clear communication, so you’ll always know exactly what to expect. After our initial phone call with your offer, we’ll send you an official electronic copy for your review. We’re here to answer any questions along the way!

Your Onboarding Journey with MMS

Once you accept your offer, we’ll send you a link to complete your electronic onboarding—a simple, easy process to get you set up before your first day with us. We typically do onboarding on Mondays, and we’ll work with you and your hiring manager to determine the best start date.

We’ll ensure all the necessary steps are completed and any required documentation is collected before your official start. While there might be a brief gap between accepting the offer and your first day, we’ll stay connected and keep you updated on everything happening at MMS as you prepare to join the team.
