WHAT DRIVES MMS
Manufacturing Maintenance Solutions is built on disciplined execution, technical expertise, and long-term customer partnerships. Our leadership team focuses on maintaining performance, protecting uptime, and strengthening the operational reliability of the facilities we support.
MMS was founded in 2002 with a clear objective: to build a maintenance services company that delivers consistent execution and measurable results. Founders Jim Cochran and Wendell Good combined decades of hands-on industrial experience, including leadership roles with organizations such as Caterpillar, Komatsu, and GE, to establish a company grounded in technical rigor and service accountability.
Our team includes skilled technicians, engineers, and operational leaders with backgrounds in machine shops, military technical service, and complex industrial environments. We understand maintenance at a fundamental level and approach every engagement with practical experience and disciplined standards.
